Wow. Bloo! This is a new side of you! All of a sudden you seem vastly human and sympathetic. In fact, hey, how about you be the new protagonist? You're saving the world from stagnation by burning humanity's houses, one molotov at a time!
-Joe
Don't move too suddenly Bloo or things will be busting out all over.
I could stand to see her do a few rounds of jumping jacks. before she, you know, jumps Jack.
I sincerely apologize for contributing to the delinquency of this comic by bringing up bo.. Bloo's wardrobe. :-)
Sorry. What? I am busy staring at her boobs. How does that toob top stay over her nipples? Must be vampire magic! That is quite a bit of fan service.
Vampires appear to fly by wanting to, so gravity's effect on their bodies varies by their will. If Bloo gets distracted enough, the girls will make an explosive appearance...
Could just be body paint. Nothing to fall off. Though admittedly that wouldn't give the pushup effect...
Great character development for Bloo. She's becoming a favourite villain. I wonder... Do vampires get stuck in the "phase" that they were in when they got turned? Never able to grow or change? If so... that adds a whole new level to Bloo and the others.
Never change, Bloo.
Er... Too late for that, I guess.
I wonder If she dies or If Zandra going to spank her? Mike I think she will kill.. Mike just feels more slimy .. Bloo Guested Zandra Can Escape any time she wants and Lord Incubus Out and out said the same that all she had to do was accept his Knowledge(upgrade to true demon Lord maybe). But It makes me wonder it all she got to do is stand up and bust lose how then will you Joe Surprise us bc after all this time I know you will surprise us
I think she likes the idea of being something, rather than the reality. Does being a vampire freeze you into what you are at the time of your transformation? Is a vampire's identity rooted in the person they ceased to be?
It could be that they're rooted in their last personnality, but it could also be the fact that changing would do nothing for her. She obviouśy cańt be a mother, that's for sure and if I understood correctly, vampire live on the fringe of society. Wether it's a conscious choice, an obligation enforced by other supernatural or something in their very nature, it might just that she's still a hippy because there's no point in being anything else.
Bloo is completely cut off from the experience of being a human; everything that vampires do is a mockery of the humanity they once were; they are what humans are when they lose their mortality and its accompanying weaknesses.
Bloo lost all that back when she was turned -- as long as she doesn't get staked, or however this variety of vampires is permanently dispatched, she won't die. She's stronger than any human, and can feed herself easily; she will never starve, and thus will never have the worry about starving on he rmind. She will never age, either, including how every aspect of that experience weighs on the human subconscious. She needs no home, and can't die of exposure like a human could. She can't breed, but she can probably have sex (Mike could with Zandra), and she's got all eternity to screw.
She's been reduced to a walking Id -- a child in the purest sense -- and through being immortal and nearly indestructible, is incapable of being anything else.
I thought it was also stated, somewhere, that she was high when she got turned and that never really wore off. She just adapted to it.
In Bloo's case you have to wonder just how much the fact that vampires can't really sleep has affected her. If she has been 'high' since she was turned and technically has no 'off switch'(humans get too high they get to pass out or sleep it off)...would that really make her into a walking Id as Not a Dog mentioned...Or would it make her something else entirely? And given this lovely burst of character development, how much do you think she really resents humanity? If not stopped here, could she be a greater monster then even a demon? Being able to hide in plain sight even amongst monsters...after all, she's -just- the Bloofer Lady.
Poor Bloo. All those romantic tales about being seduced by sexy vampires and she gets turned by Aqualung.
At least he has an epic beard for December's foggy freeze to cling to. There should be more vampires with Castro beards.
Poor Bloo...Unable to see that her hottt......body..
Im sorry..What was I saying?
Wait . . . wait . . . wait . . .
Is that Alan Moore? Was she created by Alan Moore?
Nope! In my case it was both Edgar Allan Poe and H. P. Lovecraft!
You DON'T want to know what my dreams are like...

Fucking love bbc now.
Also, this is much more fan servicey than normal for you, Joe. D:
...can't say I mind.
I'm pretty sure that the hippies were never into arson and murder. "Make love not war," and all that...
She doesn't HAVE to stay a hippy. She's immortal, she can do most whatever she wants.
Ah, but it is so hard to change when you are undead. For some. Even harder for a junkie...
