Man, doing my taxes this year took longer than usual on account of all those books I printed in 2016. But those are the sorts of problems you want to have!
For now it sounds like Mike and Bloo are sending a henchman who happens to be left handed. Can you figure out who it is by studying recent comics? Because you might be wasting your time. I'm capable of keeping henchmen hidden until they're needed. I don't have to drop EVERYONE who's plot-relevant into a crowd scene before their big moment!
Maybe I did. Maybe I didn't. You shouldn't go to the trouble if you're not certain. Just wait a while, you'll find out eventually anyway!
I sympathize with you on taxes. I had to verify my income (basically, have my W2 and 1040) by February 13th in order to qualify for Obamacare subsidies, since my employer doesn't currently offer me health insurance.
(Say what you want about Obamacare, but it's my ONLY option to help me obtain a medication that would otherwise cost around $300 per month. My state doesn't DO Medicaid for single working women. If I wanted to qualify for state-level assistance I'd have to go whore myself out and pop out a baby I don't want and cannot afford at this point in my life. I should not have to stoop that low if I want medical coverage! ... And yes I am kind of jealous of my German friend in this regard.)
Yay for official minions! Makes evil look better.
Also, might want to check the cause of the temperature spike, Mike. May be a portal to hell or something else nasty that you'll regret ignoring.
Bloo originally had henchmen but had to rename them to minions when some of the female workers started a class action lawsuit claiming that the term was sexist.
Hm-hmm. Metal that does not break under normal circumstances can still melt under high temperatures.
Loving Rebecca's reinvention of herself, by the way!
Could this classy lady be the start of Zandra's successor?
Find out next time, in the next episode of "Vampires, Demons and Wizards; Grand Slam Supreme!!!"
...but yeah that's a rocking look, Rebecca.
...How did she break into a clothing store if vampires need to be invited?
They need to be invited into private, inhabited homes, if memory serves.
A hobo squatting in an old shed or a store owner doing late inventory is pretty much out of luck.
...How did she break into a clothing store if vampires need to be invited?
Stores and places of business extend an invitation by their very nature. That's how I see it, anyway!
Maybe... Maybe they only need invited for residences and not stores, ect.
Anyway...going to see if I can find the minion!

"Southpaw" huh...ohh you're making me wish it was the next weekend already.
(Also, I was totally off with my last comment, lol)
They seem Damned Certain"Southpaw" Going to destroy the Gang by themselves.. And Not Worried About Wally at all..So not a Regular Vampire. I Wonder could it be Wally's Pack Leader? Or that Pack Member that Lost a Paw/Hand?
I just want to say that your comic is my favorite on the internet, and I read a lot of webcomics. I've been reading Zebragirl for at least 10 years now. Why this isn't consistently in AT LEAST the top 100 of topwebcomics I'll never understand. Rest of the internet's got shitty taste, I guess. :/
Also? Holy $?%*&!@, your art has become gorgeous!!!
So Rebecca is feeling cool and ready to be a good minion (checks again on Ask Zandra) Yup, that and a temperature spike isn't looking so good for Bloo and her crew right now - I'm off to get popcorn
(that shading is wonderful, and just the right side of ominous)
Thank you! I'll admit, I touched up the house's shading in Photoshop.
Poor bloo does not get it. The house is like a living body. And if those get ill, they start a fever to burn it out.
Due to a very hot bunny dance raising the "hotness factor" for the building. We have been away from bunny dance for too long. We need our inner furry scratched...
If I'm interpreting events correctly, Becky is being freaking brilliant. Behaving a bit weird from being a double- or triple-agent? Nah, that's just because cleaning up! And maybe new stress from maintaining the cleanup! Work in progress! It's all good!
